Click it...

A favor to ask, it only takes a minute....

Please tell ten friends to tell ten today! The Breast Cancer site is having trouble getting enough people to click on their site daily to meet their quota of donating at least one free mammogram a day to an underprivileged woman. It takes less than a minute to go to their site and! click on 'donating a mammogram' for free (pink window in the middle).

This doesn't cost you a thing. Their corporate sponsors /advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate mammogram in exchange for advertising.

Here's the web site! Pass it along to people you know.

Groovy Party...

So I am just now recovering...enough such that I can talk about it =P On Monday, I had the privilage to attend the 7th Annual Bette Midler Spring Picnic! What a fun party! It was basically a fundraising event for the NYRP and their commitment to plant trees in NYC. I actually saw some of the people that I worked with while planting trees back in April.

I saw Bette Midler, Tony Bennett, Candice Bergen, Katie Couric, and a few others...it was very cool!

Just wanted to share...not your normal run-of-the-mill events!

I even bought 2 more trees =)

more green ideas...

Today I stumbled across a pretty cool website...

Ideal Bite

...and today's tip...is to contribute excess painting materials through this organization.

Imagine if we all worked this productively, we could make a significant impact in our society. I'm actually researching into purchasing my energy from green resources.

Like...Green Power Options...
and Con Edison Solutions. I would love to be able to say that I purchase my energy through green sources!

and to top it off...tonight I am going to a benefit dinner for the NYRP...Bette Midler's organization =)

Graduation at last!

So on Saturday, I graduated from RPI. I didn't have a real camera on me...so here are a few pics that I took with my cell phone.

My aunt took a few pics, but I haven't gotten them from her yet.

It was a beautiful day and I shared it with 1400 other graduates! It was certainly an experience, and I'm glad I went.

I'm so happy!!!
