CITYarts Needs Artists!
CITYarts, an established nonprofit public art organization, is looking for an artist to create a mural in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. The design of the mural should focus on nature, while raising awareness of global warming. The artist will work with youth in the creation of this mural. Artist’s fee is $10,000. Applications are due May 19, 2008, at 6 p.m.
CITYarts will review the submissions and a make a decision between May 21 and May 26. For more information, e-mail info@cityarts.org or call 212.966.0377.
