Solstice in Times Square

Yesterday nearly 3000 people got together in times square in NYC and did a sunset yoga class (7-8:30pm). The yogi that lead this class was Dana Flynn of Laughing lotus yoga...she was amazing!

I'm not sure if you've ever hear about this, but I've done it in the past...last year was super fun. Solstice in Times Square is an event held on the summer solstice in the center of Times Square...and it is an amazing experience! Here's a video of the class I took last year!

Yesterday I participated in my third Solstice in Times Square event. This year, there was over 8,000 people that practiced yoga in Times Square between Broadway & 7th Ave and 46th and 48th Streets. It was amazing!!!
